At Discover Amazing, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences while maintaining a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund, excluding any non-refundable third-party charges.
Cancellations made 24–72 hours before the service will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
Special Services
Luxury experiences, private tours, yacht charters, helicopter tours, hotel bookings, event tickets, and customized travel packages may have different cancellation terms depending on the service provider. These conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Changes to Bookings
Requests to modify booking dates or services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation by Discover Amazing
If Discover Amazing cancels a service due to operational reasons, guests will be offered either:
A full refund, or
An alternative service of equal value.
Force Majeure
Discover Amazing is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations, or other force majeure events. Refunds in such cases will be subject to the policies of our suppliers and partners.
